I have seen parts of Season 1 when it first aired and due to other shows I never finished watching this. Is this show very good? |

It was real good. It is still a good show, or at least the last aired season was. As the seasons have gone on, the story is predictable. Good action for a TV show. |

The first season was the best by far imo. It had the best story, didn't have much filler, was fresh and I was hooked the whole year. After that, seasons 2-5 were hit or miss but still entertaining. Season 6 (the last one) annoyed me. They started re-using plot lines and the realism really took a big hit. The show has always stretched the bounds of reality but the abundance of garbage in season 6 just lost me and I quit watching. I did watch the two hour movie event last month and liked it. I will watch again this January but I won't hesitate to pull the plug. I think the 24 hour format has created too many limits now making the show repetitive or terribly unrealistic. I'd love to see them move to a 24 day format where each show is a day and you could do a lot of different things and locations. Edited by Rudy, Dec 11 2008, 09:24 AM.

This season has been good so far. But the CIP device is ridiculous in what it can do. Take over air traffic control, water treatment systems AND the hydro grid? That's about as bad as the year they had a terrorist have a remote control that could control every nuclear power plant in the country. The funniest thing was that he was still using his office cubicle at times. Priceless. I did watch the previews after the show though and I shouldn't have. I normally don't since 24 is terrible with giving away huge surprises for next week's show. |
