Lets not forget how many kids are STILL trying to use stuff to get that competitive edge and how many High Schools and Colleges will turn a blind eye to steroid use. Steroids go back to the 60s and 70s, but weren't as good as what was born in the 90s and god knows what now in the 00s and 10s. Cheating has always been a part of sports... from spit balls to pine tar to corked bats to guys taking amphetamines to stay amped up. Lets not forget that some guys during the 80s were totally f**king high as a kite like Doc Gooden on Coke, etc... not that coke is going to help you out physically. |
