Yeah. It sounds like 2K is trying to copy the EASHL. There's rumors that they'll have a BAP mode too, although I haven't heard anything yet.

EASHL and BAP have really helped EA's series. 2K might have a long row to ho if they don't come up with something similar.

Be a Pro mode is cool, but it's got some problems of it's own. I don't see them being able to fix all of them without new ones creeping up.

I really just want a 6 on 6 hockey game with great gameplay. The extras mean nothing if the gameplay is crap.


The problem with 2k is that they are going to need a better net code if the plan to have an online league. 2k Basketball was horrible from everything I've read. Lag riddled all the games. At least EA has the cash to dedicated servers for the EASHL.

That's true. It's why I hope EA forces the new dynamic passing feature in all EASHL games.
What's the point of building a playmaker if everyone, no matter their passing rating, can hit the tape from 100 feet out every time?

It's why I never put any points into my passing as an offensive dman.
