maybe I just don't get it... yesterday...while playing a game it went all fuzzy...similar to if you change the channel. You could hear everything in the background but you saw nothing but fuzz and shadows. Well today I went to try and play and the screen doesn't even go to the dashboard....it's just a black screen with no music or sound...but you can hear the fan of the 360 on. Even if you have no disk in the 360...it's the same thing. No dashboard. Same with a DVD and music CD. The green lights will cycle through...will light up for a few seconds and then turn off and no ring will show up...not even the RROD. Any help here? Can it be fixed? Do I need to just get a new 360? Am I screwed? |

I had a black screen WITH sound and apparently the video card in the system just failed (tried HDMI, component, and composite). I was thankfully under warranty and had it fixed...not replaced...which was my fourth 360 issue across three boxes. I would check the other inputs on your TV, and try other connections from the 360 if possible. Good luck! |

I would say it is either the video card or your cables. Your TV is working properly, correct? I am amazed at how s**tty this 360 is made. |

Yeah...works great. I currently have the 360 unplugged and everything unhooked. Might try and hook everything up again here in a minute to see what it does. If it is the video card...and I don't have a warranty (only one i have is the one they issued for RROD)...what do I do? |
