Hey cats, I've got a question that hopefully someone can help with. I was thinking about dloading the Saints Row 2 content (with Tera Patrick ) using my credit card to get the points I wanted. BUT.....I don't want my card charged to renew xbox live or anything like that,as I just buy the cards (1 or 3 month) as I need them.Is this something that's considered a separate transaction?.....because I don't want to be charged to renew xbox live, when alls I want is the ms points to get some dlc. |

You have to set up the automatic renewal for Live to renew, so I think you're safe there. |

Thanks for the info Donkey .I don't even know how to do the renewal thing,so hopefully I shouldn't have to worry about it. The only thing I WAS worried about,is since ms would basically have my cc info, they would ASSUME I also wanted to use it to renew xbox live. But I guess it would make sense (I think) that I wouldn't actually be in the screen or what-not to renew xbox live. I sure hope that made sense

I think it will tie the card too just the points. BUT if you want to be safe just go buy a points card at Best Buy, Gamestop, Target, etc. Enter the redeem code and you're all good to go. |

That's what I was hoping as well Ted. I also thought of going to Amazon and getting the ms points code. I'm just not sure if I trust MS enough to get it right, when all I want is the points. Btw....have you ever got anything like this off of Amazon? |
